Volunteering Opportunities

Volunteers are at the heart of New Routes Integration. Volunteering with us is a chance to share your skills, learn from others, and be part of a welcoming, diverse community. We are always looking for people who believe in dignity, inclusion, and community — regardless of background or experience.

Volunteer Roles

We have a range of volunteer opportunities to suit different skills, availability, and interests:

  • English Conversation Partner — support participants to practice spoken English in a relaxed, social setting
  • Mentor — offer one-to-one guidance and encouragement to a participant over several months
  • Youth Activity Volunteer — help run after-school clubs and youth programmes
  • Events & Fundraising Volunteer — support community events, Refugee Week activities, and fundraising
  • Administrative & IT Support — help with behind-the-scenes tasks at our office
  • Driver Volunteer — support participants who need transport to appointments or sessions

How to Get Involved

We provide full training, ongoing support, and a safe, inclusive volunteering environment. Whether you can give a few hours a month or more regularly, your time and commitment make a real difference.

To find out more or register your interest, please contact us. We will be in touch to discuss the best opportunity for you.
