The Participant Advisory Board (PAB) ensures that the voices of the people we serve are at the heart of how New Routes Integration is run. The PAB gives participants a direct, meaningful role in shaping our services, our priorities, and our organisation.

PAB members are supported with training, expenses, and ongoing mentoring. Participation is fully voluntary.

The Participant Advisory Board is open to people who are currently or have recently been participants at New Routes Integration. We particularly welcome people who are passionate about community, who have ideas to share, and who want to help shape an organisation that truly represents them.

No formal qualifications are needed — just lived experience and a willingness to get involved.
