Strategic Objectives

Our strategic objectives set out the priorities that guide everything we do at New Routes Integration. They reflect our values, the needs of the communities we serve, and our vision for a Norwich where Global Majority People feel safe, connected, and able to thrive.

Our Strategic Priorities

  • Empower participants — deliver high-quality, culturally responsive services that support people to build confidence, skills, and independence
  • Centre lived experience — ensure the voices of Global Majority People shape our services, governance, and advocacy
  • Strengthen partnerships — build and maintain meaningful relationships with statutory, voluntary, and community organisations across Norfolk
  • Grow and sustain the organisation — diversify our funding base, develop our team, and invest in our long-term capacity
  • Advocate for change — challenge systemic barriers and inequalities through evidence-based advocacy and community leadership

How We Measure Success

We review progress against our strategic objectives annually, with oversight from our Board of Directors and input from our Participant Advisory Board. Our annual report sets out our key achievements and what we have learned each year.
