RANN Portfolio
Artists of Norwich with a shared passion for the arts (multi-mediums), but different cultures, backgrounds (countries, languages, faiths etc), migration statuses, and experiences. All with a lived experience of seeking sanctuary.
Aims:
- Encourage development of each artists’ individual practice, led by their needs
- Amplify a united presence: bookable artists, sales of work, group show ready collections of work
- Host online portfolios: representing active artists in Norwich with lived experience of seeking sanctuary (refugees, asylum seekers, and isolated migrants)
- Hold in-person meet-ups: Networking, social time, in-person support
- Send regular updates about relevant opportunities; one-off or ongoing skills building or social sessions, exhibitions / calls to exhibit / private views, grants etc.
RANN is a group for:
- Norwich based artists, with lived experience of seeking asylum, refugees, or those considering themselves an isolated migrant
- Ages 16+
- Practising any medium
