How We Partner

 

We work with partners in a number of ways, including:

 

  • Referral partnerships — clear pathways to help people access the right support at the right time
  • Co-delivery — jointly running services, activities, or programmes
  • Information sharing — staying connected on local needs, gaps, and opportunities
  • Advocacy — working together to influence policy and systems change
  • Funding partnerships — joining forces on grant applications or fundraising
