Our mentoring programme connects participants with trained volunteer mentors who offer one-to-one guidance, encouragement, and practical support. Mentoring at New Routes is built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to helping people feel at home and thrive in their community.
Whether you are navigating a new system, working towards a personal goal, or simply need someone in your corner — our mentors are here for you.
Participants are matched with a volunteer mentor based on their goals, interests, and availability. Mentoring pairs meet regularly — in person or online — to work towards agreed outcomes. All mentors receive training and ongoing support from our team.
Our mentoring programme is open to participants registered with New Routes Integration. Priority is given to people who are new to the UK, navigating employment, education, or significant life transitions. If you are interested in being mentored or becoming a mentor, please get in touch.
Whether you want to be mentored or you would like to volunteer as a mentor, we would love to hear from you. We are always looking for compassionate, committed people to join our mentoring community.
