CORONAVIRUS UPDATE 3: FAO Volunteers

A few updates in light of recent developments:

1. Safeguarding training on Wed 25^th March cancelled.
2. Mentoring: We advise mentoring/befriending partnerships to cease meeting. If you can, please arrange telephone/skype/Whatsapp meetings with your mentee instead. Please advise your mentees that if they need help with housing/asylum cases etc, they can phone or Whatsapp Roshan (07757 853303) and he can help. If they have an emergency issue then they can contact the relevant emergency service / Red Cross / People From Abroad Team / Samaritans etc.

Please let us know if you have any concerns about your mentee/befriendee over the coming period, or if you are aware of any (health) concerns that might put them at additional risk.
