New Routes works closely with partner organisations to ensure the best support for our participants, both in formal and informal capacities:

New Routes’ staff attend the bi-monthly multi-agency meetings of Norwich Asylum Seeker and Refugee Forum (NASREF), and monthly Integration Norwich Network (INN) meetings
We have a close referral relationship with City Reach Health Services
We are the lead partner of the Big Lottery-funded Norwich Integration Partnership: New Routes, Bridge Plus+ and English+
We worked closely with The Grange, at Great Cressingham, to deliver opportunities to access the Norfolk countryside and the proven benefits of ecotherapy.
We have a strong relationship with the University of East Anglia. We have participated in many research projects with staff from the university, we are the unit topic within a School of International Development Management course, we host occupational therapy interns and regularly recruit new volunteers from the student population.
